In a greased 9x13 pan put 6 c corn flakes sprinkled with semi-sweet chocolate
chips (approx. 1/2 c).
In a medium sauce pan mix:
1 c sugar
1 c dark Karo syrup
Heat to boiling. Once it has reached boiling remove it from heat and stir in 1 c chunky peanut butter.
Pour the mixture over the corn flakes and chocolate chips. Stir it together and pat it down into the pan. It is best to cut them before they are cool.
